Standard Terms of Business & Policies

Price Volatility: Due to market fluctuations in the cost of paper, ink, and imported raw materials in Pakistan, all official quotes issued by Ittehad Printers are valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance.

Taxation: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices quoted are exclusive of applicable government sales taxes (GST/PRA). Taxes will be added to the final invoice where legally mandated.

The Advance Rule: Production on any order will strictly commence only after a minimum 50% advance payment has been received and cleared in our designated business bank account.

Final Clearance: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full upon completion of the job and prior to delivery or dispatch from our facility.

Credit Policy: Credit terms (e.g., 15-day or 30-day payment cycles) are not offered to new or walk-in clients. Credit limits may only be extended to long-term corporate clients subject to executive review and a signed corporate agreement.

Final Approval Sign-off: Ittehad Printers will not initiate printing based on verbal confirmations. The client must provide a clear written confirmation via Email or WhatsApp stating "Approved for Print" on the final digital proof layout.

Color Variance Disclaimer: Clients acknowledge that on-screen digital previews (RGB color profile) will inherently vary slightly from physical ink on paper (CMYK color profile). Ittehad Printers is not responsible for minor color shifts. For precise color matching, the client must request a paid physical digital proof prior to the bulk production run.

Client-Supplied Files: If the client provides their own design files, they assume full responsibility for layout errors, low-resolution artwork (resulting in pixelation), spelling/typographical mistakes, and incorrect bleed zones. We print exactly what is provided.

Estimated Timelines: All delivery dates provided during negotiation are realistic estimates, not fixed guarantees.

Force Majeure & Downtime: Ittehad Printers shall not be held liable for delayed deliveries caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to nationwide power outages, grid load-shedding, mechanical breakdowns, supply chain delays in wholesale paper markets, or unexpected public holidays/strikes.

Local Deliveries: Orders within Islamabad and Rawalpindi can be picked up directly from our facility or delivered via local courier/transport services at the client's expense.

Out-of-City Shipments: For orders shipped outside the twin cities via third-party logistics partners (e.g., Daewoo Cargo, Trax, Leopards), our liability ceases the moment the cargo is handed over to the courier and a tracking receipt/bilty is generated. Ittehad Printers is not responsible for operational transit delays or damage caused by third-party transport companies.

Inspection Window: Any claims regarding manufacturing defects, incorrect quantities, or printing errors must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of order delivery.

Resolution: If a printing defect is proven to be an operational error on our part, Ittehad Printers will offer a partial or full reprint of the affected batch. No cash refunds will be issued.
